Tinnitus

When you have Tinnitus (often misspelled tinnitis) the ringing/squealing/buzzing you hear is quite literally the vibration of the Universe.

The study positively identifies acoustic waves at a low intensity traversing the auditory spectrum which are independent of any mechanical source.
An excerpt:

This acoustic waveform is interpreted as Tinnitus and also produces other resonances with operated appliances and ambient room sounds.

It would be hard to imagine any natural sources for such a slowly scanning acoustic waveform.

Samples of this waveform are also available for download which clearly indicates that Tinnitus within the domicile is not a result of any medical causes.
